Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping option to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thehouseofgill.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back in acceptable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item; we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
