Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns
- You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping option to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item back in acceptable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item; we’ll cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned or exchanged, including:

- Sale/clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
